Visit Pao de Gimonde

Manuel Gómez Pallarés, from the University of Valladolid team visited Pao de Gimonde's new facilities together with Lillian Barros from IPB to discuss future collaborations.

Elisabete Ferreira, owner of Pao de Gimonde, showed her new facilities to UVA and IPB staff. During this visit, possible future collaborations were discussed, with special emphasis on waste reduction and its possible use. They also discussed the company’s concern for healthier products.
