Manuel Gómez Pallarés, from the University of Valladolid team, has been invited to participate live in a news program on channel 24h of the Spanish Public Television.

RTVE, through its 24-hour TV channel, reported on a UN report on food waste. On 27 March, the channel contacted the professor from the UVA team to ask him to expand on the information and give his opinion, live on air in the afternoon.

In his speech, he assessed the findings of the UN report and helped raise awareness among the population about this important issue.
