On 18 and 19 June, the team from the University of Valladolid visited the IPB and More Colaborative facilities, together with Carlos Fernández Vasallo from Molendum ingredients. The main objective of this visit was to learn about the new extrusion equipment acquired by the IPB, given the extensive experience in this technology of Laura Román (UVA) and Carlos Fernández (Molendum), both from a research perspective and in terms of its industrial application. As a result of this meeting, various training activities were planned, both within the Transcolab Plus project and open to the public, which will be carried out during the course of the Transcolab Plus project.
