O – () aims to disseminate knowledge about innovative processes and the development of sustainable food products. It brings together researchers, industry professionals and consumers to share innovative ideas in this field and present the results of their work in this area, with special emphasis on sustainable food innovation in the Mediterranean and the development of sustainable formulations of vegetable pulps.
The ICFS also presents itself as an opportunity to disseminate the results of three key projects for the Mediterranean region, namely the PRIMA LocalNutLeg and Pulping projects and the POCTEP Interreg Transcolab Plus project.
