Start of the TRANSCOLAB PLUS Project at USAL

Publication of the award of the project in the press of Zamora, at the Escuela Politécnica Superior de Zamora.

The University of Salamanca is participating in the Transcolab Plus project with two research groups:

  • the Nutrition and Food Science Department attached to the Faculty of Pharmacy
  • and the Food Technology Department, attached to the Zamora Polytechnic School (EPSZ).

The EPSZ research groups are also participating in two other projects under the Interreg-POCTEP call for proposals, all of which focus on sustainability and regional development.
