The University of Salamanca is participating in the Transcolab Plus project with two research groups:
- the Nutrition and Food Science Department attached to the Faculty of Pharmacy
- and the Food Technology Department, attached to the Zamora Polytechnic School (EPSZ).
The EPSZ research groups are also participating in two other projects under the Interreg-POCTEP call for proposals, all of which focus on sustainability and regional development.
