Within the framework of the Transcolab project, students were offered to attend a seminar given by Mr. Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Vasallo, General Plant Manager at MOLENDUM INGREDIENTS, which is one of the companies participating in the project. For two hours, the students learned about the reality of the flour industry and the management and use of by-products in it.
